Anger is a fact, not a problem. Problems are facts that are resisted.
When you are angry, you are angry. Anger does not feel good so
you want to escape. One way to escape is to cut off, another is to
blame the other person/situation and say it is not your responsibility
that you are angry. It is.
Everything you feel is you. Everyone has anger, and as the body
is a self-healing system it is trying to discharge itself.
If you cut it off, or throw it at the other, or work on it, or try to
understand it, it does not discharge.
You get angry at others for the things you do not accept about
yourself. Everything is you projected. So when you are angry,
you are angry — so let the anger be. Do not suppress, do not express.
This happens on its own when you are ready to grow up and be
responsible for yourself. Very, very few do.
You can be one of them — if you want it enough.
good luck… paul
