The dark night of the soul is what in the East they call the Fifth.
The time you spend or the illusion of time that you spend in this state depends entirely on how much you are attempting to hold on to the old. You can hold on for lives. And of course, if you are trying not to hold, then it’s another level. You just got to sit with it, and feel it, and sense it, and allow, which means, if you’re feeling terrible, you need to feel terrible. And if you are trying to allow in order not to feel terrible, you are perpetuating it. You’re stuck there until you say, “I am that I am. I am who I am in this moment. I am experiencing what I am.” And part of you may say, “Hopefully, it will go away.”
And I am going to come back to …the deeper you feel what you are feeling in this moment, the sooner you allow it to move, to transcend, to expand. So it’s being who you are, however you are, in each moment, totally unconditionally. And that includes if you’re not feeling you are able to include totally, you accept that as well. This is it!
