Hi Love,
You say you are worried about the future.
As I keep saying, there does not seem to be such states as safety security and
predictability.
All we can do is, all we can do, in the moment,
then just be with any uncomfortable feelings we have –
about not being able to control what we imagine is the future.
Doing all we can, then being with.
Our discomfort is based on the principle that ‘something can go wrong.’
That something can go the way we do not want it to – for sure,
but ‘wrong’ is a matter of perspective.
Often, looking back, it seems that things were for the best after all.
The other component is, holding.
Often we don’t realise just how much we are demanding
that things be the way we want them to be – down to the finest details.
We often hold on to situations way after they are beneficial for us.
That is the way many businesses go bust – in a big way, instead of a small
way.
And divorce proceedings costing more than the benefits!
The deep sensation of fulfilment seems to emanate from the inside.
As is mentioned in the East – the mind is like a carrot on a stick –
always wanting more, and never getting enough to satisfy.
And wanting more is a complaint. Complaint emanates a frequency –
that begets more things about which to complain.
As I see it, gratefulness is a blessing –
for the self, those around, and the whole universe.
I don’t think the mind is ever ‘satisfied.’ I don’t think it functions
that way. So learning to take care of everything that can be taken care of,
and living with whatever thoughts and feelings that are left over?
Sending lots of love
