The Fear. We all have it, and on many different levels.
One of the levels is designed to keep us physically safe. Practical and useful.
But most of the fear is about projected future based on a past we think we have experienced, imagined, or read about. We need to keep remembering to stay in the moment. Of course the moment includes the fear, but we do not need to focus in on it.
Fear is a fact, and it is a useful tool to keep reminding to stay in the present.
A little thing that can be useful is to imagine the worst that is likely to happen.
Just getting it imagined can help see the situation more clearly.
Whatever happens we are always fine. What is the worst? — face it!
The dizziness, shaking and vibrating can all be part of a major change that is happening. In order for major change to integrate we need to be shaken loose from the old. Drop into it and it just is, the way you have been experiencing it, fun.
