Seems we are getting an increased level of information on this subject now:
how the inner effects the outer, and the outer the inner.
“When you see the inner as the outer, the outer as the inner,
the up as the down, and the down as the up.,
when you see a man as a woman, and the woman as a man,
when thine eye be single, then will thy body be full of light.”
J.C.
Take a look at it this way.
When feeling grateful, caring, soft, gentle, generous, light, humorous,
aren’t those sweet feelings? Don’t you feel lovely – and wonderful?
When being angry, blaming, heavy, negative, complaining, serious –
are those not sour feelings?
Don’t you feel heavy and contracted – and unpleasant?
Now imagine the effects these feelings are having on your physical, mental
and emotional states. Sweet could be healing; Sour could be poison.
What is being realised now is, the negative really is poison.
I know I keep saying the same thing over and over –
everything single action, word and thought could be having a tangible
effect – on you, and everyone and everything else.
I do realise that at one level, everything and everyone seems to be
separate, yet those who get in touch with expanded consciousness will tell you –
this is not so – we are all connected – to the point of being one.
Joe Dispenza says he sits for two hours every morning.
This could be seen as an investment – in everything wonderful.
Certainly seems to work for him.
Once again – a matter of balancing the inner and the outer. One.
As I understand him, he manifests his forthcoming day.
As I have mentioned before, I would not presume/dare to interfere with
what is.
I do not presume to know what is my/the maximum potential.
In fact I now do not presume to know anything. I don’t even know if I
don’t know!

I find Ian an excellent interviewer – one of the very best.
Keeps the focus off himself, and draws on his extensive personal
experience to ask just the right questions to bring out the information in
which the viewers will be interested. Excellent balance. Thank you Ian.

Unconnected suggestion:
Isn’t the idea of God an escape – from this very moment, just as it is?
