As I said, I feel the sharing’s are going to get more indefinable.
To connect, have to let go of what you think are the meaning of the words
and tune in deeper.
This is around the idea of what we call ‘love.’
When we use it in the traditional way there is a lover and a loved.
In the meaning we are attempting to share here, that is not so.
“When the seer and the seen are one.”
And we could say, ‘when the lover and the loved are one.’
But not ‘one’ the way we normally mean it.
We normally mean ‘not divided’.
In this meaning – there is nothing to divide.
Imagine, you meet your beloved, and feel love.
Now feel a soft warm and gentle mist
enveloping and embracing you both –
and you both dissolve and become the loving mist.
The mist is not ‘doing’ love, it is love – there is only love.
And everybody and everything is of that misty love.
Okay, pretty easy with your beloved –
how about with the man who has just raped your little daughter.
Please tune in – these are not just words – please consider –
in each moment, under the circumstances,
everyone is doing their best. Even you in your worst times.
Anyone who is conscious cannot hurt another,
because the other is not an other.
So if hurting is involved there is a lack of human consciousness.
This person does not need to be punished – and neither do you.
(And we are not talking about compassion.)
And not just ‘loved’ either. We need to recognise that everyone –
every single person, and every single thing, is of us, part of us,
and we are part of them/it. And not just ‘part’ – we are one.
This person in front of you, is you. Literally, is you.
At the very least they are reflecting you.
How you feel about them is how you feel about yourself.
When the new camera arrives I may attempt a video on this subject.
In the meantime, how about experimenting –
with the possibility that everyone is you, and you are everyone.
